24 HR SERVICE. Based on the support provided by our sister companies, iPLAN Consulting and iRESOLVE in Australia, we are in a unique position to be able to offer round the clock support and resources if required.
RICS MEMBERSHIP. Our team are RICS Chartered Surveyors or developing the required experience to become RICS qualified. As such we offer the high level and professional standard of service required by the RICS.
RICS REGULATION. Our firm is regulated by the RICS and as such adheres to the globally recognised ethical and professional standards set out by the RICS for firms.

CONTRACT & COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT
iRESOLVE provides commercial management on live projects. We have specific expertise that ensures that commercial priorities are expertly managed on behalf of our Clients.
We offer commercial support during the contract formation process. This may include a review of the contract and commercial risks and recommendations for amendments, or alternatively, appropriate contingency allowances.
We can ensure all commercial aspects of a client’s business or project are managed and reported in the most appropriate and transparent manner.
This ranges from the pre-contract services of business case, feasibility studies, cost plans and pre-tender
estimates, through to delivery phase cash flow forecasting to final financial reconciliation.
