iRESOLVE provides clients in the construction industry with a range of services focused on the key disciplines of cost management, commercial management, contract management, project planning, dispute resolution, procurement and project controls. 


At each stage of the construction process our team has the expertise to provide independent advice or assistance to all levels of the construction industry.


iRESOLVE operates as the trading name for iPLAN 4D Ltd which was established in 2016 as an expansion of the iPLAN group of companies into the United Kingdom. This now provides the iPLAN group with a global footprint and the ability to provide services to our clients across the Asia pacific, United Kingdom, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

  • RICS MEMBERSHIP.  Our team are RICS Chartered Surveyors or developing the required experience to become RICS qualified.  As such we offer the high level and professional standard of service required by the RICS.

JOEL GLOVER

Director - Dispute Resolution & Quantum

Joel has over 16 years’ practical experience working within the construction industry providing cost consulting and dispute resolution services in the UK and Australia. 

Joel has been appointed as quantum expert and has considerable experience working within and managing larger quantum teams supporting appointed experts. 


Joel provides a range of dispute resolution and claims consultancy services to clients across all levels of the industry.  He has worked directly with major contractors on high profile projects across multiple sectors, provided commercial assistance to sub-contractors and received instructions from legal representation in relation to Adjudication or legal proceedings.

Joel has significant experience of working with legal representation across several forums and has considerable experience in the preparation of expert reports in connection with claim submissions & responses, counterclaim submissions and analysing and responding to opposing expert reports.
